Your name, contact details, income and expense records, supporting documents and the tax information required to prepare and submit returns on your behalf.
To keep your financial records, prepare and file your tax returns, represent you at SARS, and respond to enquiries you send us. We do not sell your information.
Access is limited to the registered tax practitioner and staff working on your file, and to SARS where a submission or representation requires it.
Tax records are retained for the period required by the Tax Administration Act, after which they are securely destroyed.
